Discover
During the Discover phase, we interview the team along with key stakeholders and customers, as well as attend as many pertinent internal meetings as possible. Our objective is to be a great listener, learn as quickly as possible, and record all observations.
Assess
We synthesize our findings, conduct further primary and secondary research, and present initial findings to key stakeholders.
Recommend
Next we deliver a final recommendation and a plan of action in collaboration with the project sponsor and necessary stakeholders. This recommendation typically includes a thorough review of all deliverables, as well as discussion of quick wins that can be accomplished in the next 30 days that will provide immediate impact to your organization.
Execute (optional)
Our involvement here varies depending on your needs. Sometimes we train the organization to kick-start the effort. Sometimes we build everything that’s needed. We can find the right balance of involvement to ensure your goals get met.
